Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Therapy Manager to lead therapy operations, supervise staff, and deliver patient-centered care within our rehabilitation network. This role emphasizes collaboration with the therapy team and hospital departments to ensure smooth scheduling, training, and execution of treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years in occupational/physical therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical experience, and hold current state

Competenze

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of three years of experience in occupational/physical therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in daily therapy team operations, including scheduling, orientation, training, and inter-department communication.
• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding relationships to aid in recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and guide patients toward rehabilitation goals.
