Encompass Health in Livingston, TN invites you to a Therapy Manager role during an on-site hiring event. Lead a therapy team, coordinate daily operations, and deliver patient-centered rehab care with cutting-edge technology in a collaborative hospital setting.

The ideal candidate will hold current licensure, CPR, and a therapy degree (BS/MS) with at least three years in occupational/physical therapy or leadership, including two years of clinical experience.

Competenze

• State licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire in this role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years of experience in occupational/physical therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or related certifications preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in daily therapy team operations, including scheduling, orientation, training, and interdepartmental communication.
• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding relationships by understanding each patient's physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in recovery.
• Lead unit scheduling and coordinating with hospital departments to ensure seamless therapy delivery.
• Celebrate patient victories and contribute to a collaborative, compassionate work culture.
