Job summary

Synchrony Rehab seeks a part-time Therapy Program Director to join The Gardens of Roseboro & The Magnolia in Roseboro and Clinton, NC. The PD will direct clinical assessments, development, quality improvement, and productivity in flexible settings including campus, home health, and outpatient care.

Responsibilities include designing therapy programs, supervising therapists, monitoring outcomes, managing resources, and organizing ongoing staff training to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have current state licensure in respective therapy discipline.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Degree in Physical/ Occupational Therapy, or Physical/ Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Minimum 1 year experience delivering skilled rehab services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement therapy programs and protocols aligned with the facility's mission and standards of care.
• Supervise and mentor a team of therapists with guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and evaluate therapy program effectiveness and ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Oversee allocation and management of resources, including staffing, equipment, and budget.
• Organize ongoing training and professional development for therapy staff.
• Analyze program data and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Meet the requirements of the therapy discipline to deliver skilled rehab services within credentials and/or license.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

Job Summary The Therapy Program Director (PD) is responsible for directing clinical assessments, program development, quality improvement, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary environment in campus location/s, home health, and/or outpatient care.

Adheres to compliance with state licensure requirements and the company’s policies and procedures, professional practices and ethical standards. Demonstrates accountability for and contributes to program development, quality improvement, problem solving and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary environment.

Licenses and Certifications

Must have and maintain a current, valid state licensure in respective discipline

Current valid CPR certification, preferred

Education

Degree in Physical/ Occupational Therapy, or Physical/ Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program

Experience

Roles And Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
