Synchrony Rehab is seeking a Therapy Program Director to lead clinical assessments, program development, and quality improvement across campus locations, home health, and outpatient services in Indiana.
You will supervise therapists, manage resources, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive patient outcomes. A degree in PT/OT/SLP with at least 1 year of skilled rehab experience is required; CPR certification preferred.

Job SummaryThe Therapy Program Director (PD) is responsible for directing clinical assessments, program development, quality improvement, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary environment in campus location/s, home health, and/or outpatient care.Adheres to compliance with state licensure requirements and the company’s policies and procedures, professional practices and ethical standards. Demonstrates accountability for and contributes to program development, quality improvement, problem solving and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary environment.
Licenses and CertificationsMust have and maintain a current, valid state licensure in respective discipline Current valid CPR certification, preferred
QualificationsEducation: Degree in Physical/ Occupational Therapy, or Physical/ Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in delivering skilled rehab services
Roles and Responsibilities
Physical RequirementsSitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
