• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily therapy team operations, including scheduling, orientation, training, and inter-department communication.
• Provide direct patient care and build meaningful relationships to support rehabilitation goals.
• Celebrate patient victories and contributions to the care team.
