Encompass Health is seeking a Therapy Manager for our Cookeville, TN location to lead therapy operations, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality patient care as part of a hospital-based rehab program. Qualifications

• Current licensure or state certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years of experience in occupational/physical therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in daily operations and scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments.
• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding patient relationships to aid in recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and support a collaborative, empathetic therapy environment.
