Job summary

Encompass Health in Cookeville, TN, is seeking a Therapy Manager to lead our therapy team and ensure seamless delivery of rehabilitation services. This role partners with the Director of Therapy Operations on daily operations, including scheduling, orientation, training, and cross‑department communication.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years of experience in occupational/physical therapy or leadership, with at least two years in clinical care.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications preferred.

Responsibilities
