Job summary

Encompass Health in Cookeville seeks a Therapy Manager to lead the therapy team, coordinate operations, and ensure high-quality rehabilitation services for patients.

You will partner with the Director of Therapy Operations, oversee scheduling, orientation, and staff development, and deliver compassionate, personalized care to support patients’ recovery goals. Our program emphasizes teamwork, technology, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Director of Therapy Operations in the daily operations of the therapy team, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with the therapy staff and hospital departments.
• Providing direct care to patients and building rewarding relationships by understanding each patient's physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program
