Qualifications

• BLS/CPR required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited therapy program.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in management areas preferred.
• Minimum of five years rehabilitation experience, including two years in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, implement, and communicate policies, processes, and procedures, holding staff accountable for their roles.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to educate staff and the community about awareness, prevention and treatment options; develop clinical affiliations.
• Use historical data and trends to forecast revenues/expenses and recommend salary adjustments based on market conditions.
• Ensure knowledge of state/federal and professional regulations for program reimbursement, standards, and documentation; update staff and advise the CEO.
• Provide patient care.
• Celebrate the accomplishments and victories of staff and patients along the way.
