Nourish is evolving from a leading telenutrition platform into an integrated metabolic health clinic, combining nutrition, medical care, behavioral support, and technology into a coordinated patient experience. As Therapy GM, you will own the therapy business end-to-end with P&L ownership and collaborate with the CEO and senior leaders.

Formación

• 6–10+ years of experience combining strategy work with startup execution.
• First-principles thinker who challenges assumptions and drives operational change.
• Highly analytical and data-driven, comfortable with financial modeling and metrics.
• Strategic thinker with operational rigor and strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional cross-functional partner and communicator across executives and teams.
• Experience launching or scaling a new product or business; prior people management and healthcare familiarity are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the roadmap for expanding Nourish Therapy and owning the long-term strategy.
• Serve as cross-functional quarterback across Growth, Clinical, Operations, and Product to scale Nourish Therapy (P&L).
• Build operating model, playbooks, and processes to integrate Therapy into the broader care model.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to evaluate initiatives and guide decisions.
• Develop and refine financial models in partnership with Finance to inform prioritization and long-term impact.
