Job summary

Nourish is seeking a senior clinical leader to drive excellence across its therapy population. You will establish standards of care, shape the therapy model, and engage therapists to ensure high engagement and outcomes.

Leaders will use data to monitor quality and work with Operations, Product, and Medical to scale the therapy organization, leveraging telehealth to expand access and impact.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist with deep clinical expertise, ideally in telehealth.
• 5+ years of operational and people management experience leading clinical teams.
• Strong communication, project management, and data-driven problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical excellence across Nourish's therapy population and set standards of care.
• Own the therapy clinical leadership and shape the therapy care model.
• Build trust with therapists through engagement and coaching, and manage clinical leaders.
• Use data to evaluate clinical quality and collaborate with Operations, Product, and Medical to scale the therapy organization.
