Job summary

Nourish is hiring for Head of Therapy to lead clinical excellence across our therapist population, focusing on quality, engagement, and patient outcomes.

You will set standards of care, provide clinical oversight, and drive initiatives that improve care delivery. The role reports to the Director of Clinical Operations and can be NYC-based or remote, with a preference for in-person work at our Gramercy office.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist with current credentials.
• Experience leading clinical teams and setting care standards.
• Strong people leadership and engagement skills.
• Experience in telehealth environments is preferred.
• Ability to use data to assess quality and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and uphold standards of care and therapy model.
• Build trust with therapists and drive engagement.
• Develop and coach clinical leaders with clear expectations.
• Lead initiatives to improve clinical quality and care delivery.
• Use data to measure quality, retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Medical to balance priorities.
• Participate in designing the future therapy organization and hiring plan.
