Qualifications

• Licensed therapist with clinical expertise.
• Experience in telehealth settings.
• 5+ years of operational and people management experience.
• Ability to build trust and credibility with clinicians.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own clinical excellence for Nourish’s therapists, setting standards of care and shaping the therapy care model.
• Build trust with therapists, driving engagement and buy-in through communications and events.
• Manage and develop clinical leaders, providing coaching and accountability.
• Lead initiatives to improve clinical quality and care delivery, translating strategy into execution.
• Use data to evaluate clinical quality and therapist engagement, identifying opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Medical to balance clinical and business priorities.
• Help design and scale the therapy organization, including future-state structure and hiring plans.
