Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Processes incoming therapy orders and collects payments; ensures up-to-date patient accounts.
• Maintains treatment schedules and ensures smooth patient appointments from arrival to departure.
• Mentors front office staff and supports scheduling needs with clinical teams.
