Qualifications

• 1 year experience working with children and families with behavioral health challenges.
• Background checks required and reliable transportation needed.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for patients/clients and implement their rehabilitation plans.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to develop client rehabilitation programs.
• Monitor clients' progress and prepare case files.
