Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a detail-oriented administrative coordinator to support therapy services. Under supervision, you will place participants for therapeutic services, liaise with medical providers and therapy centers, and ensure documentation is complete.

You will coordinate referrals, schedules, and communications with participants and families, provide bilingual translation as needed, and help produce reports and data related to utilization and productivity.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in administrative/clerical environment preferred.
• Ability to coordinate complex interactions and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process referrals, reports, and re-authorizations with providers.
• Communicate with participants, families, and staff; provide bilingual support as needed.
• Prepare and present data or reports related to utilization or productivity.
• Orient and assist Therapy Services and Network associates as required.
• Collaborate with Therapy Provider Network teams to improve service delivery.
