Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is hiring a Therapy Clinic Supervisor to lead a team of therapists across multiple CA locations. You will oversee daily operations, supervise clinicians, and collaborate with families to deliver high-quality autism and developmental services.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in occupational therapy, physical therapy, or speech language pathology.
• Must possess and maintain a current state or national certification and/or licensure.
• Must possess and maintain a current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide discipline-specific treatment for children with ASD or other diagnoses; develop Individualized Treatment Plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and direction to therapists and administrative staff; ensure safety and compliance.
• Oversee program protocols and quality assurance; conduct reviews to meet regulations.
• Stay current with research and best practices in autism and related fields.
