Under general supervision, manages the daily operations of assigned therapy center(s) and the coordination of services delivered, program planning, and implementation of policies and procedures. Provides clinical supervision and work direction to therapists and administrative associates including training/skills enhancement, clinical consultation, and professional development. Develops, monitors, and provides discipline‑specific treatment for children and adults with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and/or other developmental disabilities.
Master’s Degree in occupational therapy, physical therapy, or speech language pathology.|Must possess and maintain a current state or national certification and/or licensure in accordance with California state practice.|Must possess and maintain a current CPR certification.

Repetitive Motion/Activity: The position requires frequent bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, and twisting in order to observe, assess and interact with participants. Frequent speaking, listening to clients, staff, and other professionals in meetings and on the telephone.

Environmental Exposure: The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperatures are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
