Job summary

Synergy Mental Health & Wellness Integrated, part of the Turnwell Mental Health Network, seeks a Clinical Director to lead therapy services across Tempe, Scottsdale, and Glendale. You will supervise associate therapists, support licensure pathways, and ensure care quality and compliance.

You will carry a 10–15 hour weekly therapy caseload, participate in recruitment and staff development, and collaborate with psychiatrists to deliver evidence-based treatments and service excellence in a growing

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Arizona independent license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of behavioral health leadership experience.
• Experience supervising associate or pre-licensed clinicians.
• Adult outpatient therapy experience with multiple evidence-based treatments.

Responsibilities

• Lead therapy services across Tempe, Scottsdale, and Glendale.
• Supervise associate therapists and support their path to independent licensure.
• Carry a 10–15 hour weekly therapy caseload.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate therapy staff.
• Lead training, quality improvement, audits, and clinical standards.
• Support caseloads, billing needs, compliance, and accreditation work.
