Turnwell Mental Health Network in Tempe, AZ seeks a Clinic Lead to oversee daily clinical operations across TMS, Spravato and IV Ketamine, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care. You will supervise non-clinical staff and coordinate with the Practice Manager and Clinic Manager to drive efficient, compliant, and patient-centered operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of healthcare leadership experience; behavioral health experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years in healthcare with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Experience in behavioral health clinic preferred.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring seamless patient flow and high-quality experience.
• Collaborate with the Practice Manager and Clinic Manager to keep teams productive and efficient.
• Maintain clinic readiness for TMS, Spravato, and IV Ketamine.
• Ensure the clinic environment meets safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards.
• Support clinical treatments as directed by the supervising provider.
• Monitor and manage clinic supply inventory and procurement.
• Oversee scheduling of existing patients per intake requests and provider recommendations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training for non-clinical staff.
• Liaise with PM and CM to support day-to-day clinic operations.
• Address client care issues and ensure high-quality service delivery.
