Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness in Temecula, CA, is seeking an experienced Clinic Director to oversee therapy services while guiding a multidisciplinary team. You will lead care delivery, mentor clinicians, and collaborate with community leadership to enhance the EmpowerMe 360 model for residents.

You will stay hands-on with residents, drive program growth, and ensure seamless coordination across therapy, wellness, and medical services.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care.
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence.
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model.
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience.
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
