Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness seeks a Clinic Director in Scottsdale, AZ to lead therapy teams within our EmpowerMe 360 model. You’ll guide care delivery, mentor clinicians, and partner with community leadership to drive resident engagement and program quality.

You’ll stay hands-on with residents while building relationships, managing daily clinic operations, and shaping care pathways that improve independence and outcomes across our senior communities.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care.
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence.
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model.
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience.
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
