Synergy Mental Health & Wellness Integrated is seeking a Therapy Clinical Director to lead a high-quality therapy service line across Tempe, Scottsdale, and Glendale. You will supervise associate therapists, support their licensure, and maintain strong clinical standards while carrying a 10–15 hour weekly therapy caseload.

The role requires an active AZ license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and leadership experience; AZBBHE supervisor status preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Arizona independent license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years with an independent license.
• 3+ years of behavioral health leadership experience preferred.
• AZBBHE supervisor status, or ability to obtain it upon hire.
• Experience supervising associate or pre-licensed clinicians.
• Adult outpatient therapy experience and skill with multiple evidence-based treatments.
• Knowledge of Arizona rules, AZBBHE standards, Joint Commission, and ADHS requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead therapy services across three Arizona locations (Tempe, Scottsdale, and Glendale).
• Supervise associate therapists and support their path to independent licensure.
• Carry a 10–15 hour weekly therapy caseload.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate therapy staff.
• Lead training, quality improvement, audits, and clinical standards.
• Support caseloads, billing needs, compliance, and accreditation work.
