We're Hiring: Therapy Clinical Director — Minnesota

Location: Minnesota (Remote initially, transitioning to an in-person or hybrid role once our clinic location is established.)

PsychPlus is seeking a licensed Therapy Clinical Director to join our team in Minnesota. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys combining direct patient care with clinical leadership and supervision.

Role Overview:

• 70% clinical / 30% administrative responsibilities.
• Maintain an active caseload of approximately 28–30 patients per week.
• Supervise and support up to 10 associate clinicians.
• Conduct clinician interviews and support team development.
• Help strengthen clinical programs and promote quality care.
• Work remotely during the initial phase as we establish our Minnesota clinic, then transition to an in-person or hybrid role at the new clinic location.

Requirements:

Fully licensed clinician eligible to provide supervision in Minnesota.
