PsychPlus is seeking a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist in Minnesota to join our growing on-site team in Minneapolis. This full-time role focuses on delivering evidence-based therapy, comprehensive assessments, and individualized treatment planning for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota clinical license: LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation.
• Patient-centered approach and passion for improving mental health outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual therapy and evidence-based mental health treatment.
• Conduct clinical assessments and support the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with professional standards.
