Job summary

PsychPlus is hiring a Therapy Clinical Director in Vermont. The role combines direct patient care with clinical leadership, overseeing up to 10 associate clinicians while maintaining a caseload of 28–30 patients weekly.

Remote work is available during the initial phase, with a path to in-person or hybrid work at the Vermont clinic. The ideal candidate is a fully licensed clinician with strong leadership experience and a passion for mentorship and team growth, contributing to program development

PsychPlus is seeking a licensed Therapy Clinical Director to join our team in Vermont. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys combining direct patient care with clinical leadership and supervision.
