PsychPlus is seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate / Pre-Licensed Therapist to join our growing behavioral health team in Minnesota. This is a full-time opportunity for a developing clinician who is passionate about helping individuals improve their mental health and is eager to grow within a supportive clinical environment.

A hybrid schedule is preferred, but fully remote/telehealth arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and, when appropriate, group therapy to clients with diverse behavioral health needs.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation, progress notes, and treatment records.
• Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches based on clinical needs.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors and the broader care team to ensure quality, coordinated care.
• Participate in clinical supervision, case consultations, and professional development.
• Follow Minnesota licensing requirements, ethical guidelines, and applicable telehealth regulations.

Qualifications

• An active Minnesota associate-level license or eligible pre-licensed credential appropriate for the role.
• Relevant credentials may include LPCC Associate, LGSW, or other eligible Minnesota pre-licensed pathways, subject to state requirements.
• A passion for behavioral health and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical organization skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and participate in required supervision.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule is preferred; remote candidates may be considered.
