Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Board-issued clinical license as a fully licensed therapist or eligible associate-level therapist.
• Credentials may include LPCC, LICSW, LMFT, or eligible LADC/associate-level credentials.
• Experience in group therapy, clinical assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Ability to provide effective, compassionate care in a virtual setting with HIPAA-compliant telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead and cover scheduled telehealth therapy groups.
• Complete Clinical Documentation: Prepare accurate, timely progress notes and documentation.
• Conduct New Patient Assessments: Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments (BPSs) for new admissions.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Create individualized, clinically appropriate treatment plans.
• Support Continuity of Care: Collaborate with the clinical team for coordinated care.
• Maintain Compliance: Follow licensing, documentation, confidentiality, and telehealth rules.

PsychPlus is seeking a compassionate, organized, and clinically skilled Per Diem Telehealth Therapist to support our Minnesota-based behavioral & mental health team. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a therapist who enjoys facilitating group sessions, supporting new patient admissions, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead and cover scheduled telehealth therapy groups, creating a supportive and engaging environment for patients.
• Complete Clinical Documentation: Prepare accurate, timely progress notes and documentation for group sessions.
• Conduct New Patient Assessments: Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments (BPSs) for new admissions.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Create individualized, clinically appropriate treatment plans based on patient needs and assessment findings.
• Support Continuity of Care: Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure consistent, coordinated behavioral healthcare.
• Maintain Compliance: Follow Minnesota licensing requirements, clinical documentation standards, confidentiality policies, and applicable telehealth regulation

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Board-issued clinical license as a fully licensed therapist or eligible associate-level therapist.
• Relevant credentials may include LPCC, LICSW, LMFT, or eligible LADC/associate-level credentials, subject to Minnesota Board requirements and role eligibility.
• Experience or demonstrated competency in group therapy, clinical assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide effective, compassionate care in a virtual setting.
• Reliable internet access and a private, HIPAA-compliant telehealth environment.
