Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Therapy Client Care Coordinator to coordinate schedules between therapists and families and provide excellent HALOS service to clients. The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to adapt to different client situations in day-to-day on-site operations.

The CCC will interact with clients, clinicians, and office staff, maintaining rapport and delivering timely communication while managing calendars and prioritizing

Qualifications

• Customer service or client liaison experience preferred.
