This full-time role emphasizes growth through local referrals, staff development, and adherence to safety standards, with a focus on patient outcomes and center performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand/walk for shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, conduct performance reviews, and manage employee relations.
• Operations: Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients, ensuring high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Compliance: Adhere to State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Facility Management: Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
