The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) in Elk Grove, CA to oversee therapy center operations and clinical care. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and drive growth through local marketing and referrals.

The role requires a licensed PT or OT, strong leadership, and the ability to maintain compliant, high-quality patient care while managing center profitability and regulatory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and clinical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision of Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Oversee facility cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
