You will drive profitability, supervise Therapists and Aides, maintain documentation, and coordinate with leadership to deliver high-quality patient outcomes and compliant practice standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving, and basic proficiency in Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Manage therapy center operations and financial performance while treating a full patient caseload. This role includes overseeing center staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving growth through local marketing to referral sources.
