Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving, and ability to use Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations.
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients; ensure high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Adhere to State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
