SourcePro Search, LLC seeks a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) in Los Gatos, CA to oversee therapy center operations and a full patient caseload. You will supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth through local marketing to referral sources.

The role includes managing budgets, documentation, and coordination with leadership on staff development. A PT/OT degree with state licensure and CPR certification are required.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure to practice (PT or OT).
• CPR certification or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients; ensure high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA protocols.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
