You will supervise Licensed Therapists and Aides, drive fiscal results, and ensure documentation quality while maintaining facility standards and compliance throughout the center.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and clinical problem-solving abilities.
• Basic proficiency in Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff therapists and aides, conduct performance reviews, and manage employee relations.
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients, ensuring high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Adhere to State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
