Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification is required.
• Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving, and basic proficiency in Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; perform performance reviews and manage employee relations.
• Oversee center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency to ensure target outcomes.
• Evaluate and treat patients; document thoroughly to maintain high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Oversee clinic facilities, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
