Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. seeks a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) to lead a therapy center in California. You will manage operations, staff, and a full patient caseload while driving financial performance and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will grow center volume through local marketing to referral sources, supervise clinicians, manage budgets, and maintain high standards of patient care and documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving, and basic proficiency in Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews and handle employee relations.
• Oversee center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients; ensure high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
