Job summary

Ashton North LLC is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) to lead therapy center operations in California. The role includes supervising therapists and aides, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving growth through local marketing to referral sources.

The manager will oversee profitability, budgets, and high-quality patient care while sustaining efficient workflows and accurate documentation. A strong Leadership and PT/OT clinical background is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and clinical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
