Ashton North LLC treats patients across a centralized therapy program, overseeing a full patient caseload and managing center staff. This role emphasizes high-quality clinical care, regulatory compliance, and growth through local marketing to referral sources.

You will supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, drive center profitability, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining compliance with relevant standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities; proficient with Windows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations.
• Oversee center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients; ensure high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Manage facility operations: clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
