• RQI Responder within seven days of hire or transfer.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of patient's treatment and care in an organized and efficient manner.
• Perform administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.
• Maintain therapy supplies inventory and ensure proper billing.
• Track charges for all billing units per department procedure.
• Respond to workload changes calmly and prioritize tasks.
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
