Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Experience in rehabilitation or nursing services preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn other software as needed.
• RQI Responder within seven days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity, kindness and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering patient treatment and care in an organized, efficient manner.
• Administer and/or assist therapy treatment relative to patient age, culture and condition.
• Maintain therapy supplies inventory and ensure proper billing.
• Track charges for billing units per department procedures and assigned areas.
• Respond to workload changes positively; stay calm, prioritize, and seek help as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations as applicable.
