Job summary

Community Partners is seeking a Therapist to join the Youth and Family Services team. You will provide counseling to children and families and coordinate clinical care with clients, families, agency staff, and community providers.

You may work with individuals or groups to make a meaningful difference in our community. Required are a Master’s degree in a related field and NH Board licensure or eligibility, plus strong communication skills and tech proficiency.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling or related field is required.
• NH Board of Mental Health Practice License or license eligible.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to children and families.

The Role:
