Job summary

Community Partners in Strafford County is seeking a Therapist to join our Youth and Family Services team. You will provide counseling to children and families and coordinate clinical care with clients, families, agency staff and community providers, working in individual or group settings to make a meaningful impact.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, licensure or eligibility, strong communication, tech aptitude, and a valid driver’s license to support outreach and service

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling or related field required.
• NH Board of Mental Health Practice License or license eligible.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to children and families.
• Coordinate clinical care with clients, families, Agency staff and other community providers.
• Work in individual settings or with groups to make a meaningful difference in the community.
