The role requires a Master's or Doctoral degree in a mental health field, state licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent), and experience delivering psychotherapy and crisis

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid state licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy and mental health counseling.
• Strong knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and behavioral health best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to understand clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using psychotherapy, family therapy, and group therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention and support clients in acute distress or emergencies.
• Facilitate therapy sessions on anger management, life transitions, and behavioral health concerns.
• Maintain confidential client records, monitor progress, and adjust treatment approaches.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate clients and families about mental health conditions and coping strategies.
