Bradford Health Services is hiring a Therapist in Louisville, TN to support individuals, families, and groups with evidence-based interventions. You will assess mental health status, create treatment plans, and lead individual or group sessions, coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field, state licensure, and experience delivering psychotherapy and crisis intervention in diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling or a related mental health field and state licensure.
• Experience providing psychotherapy and mental health counseling to diverse populations.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and behavioral health best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments to understand clients' needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using psychotherapy, family therapy, and group therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention and support clients in distress or emergencies.
• Facilitate therapy sessions focused on anger management, life transitions and behavioral health concerns.
• Maintain confidential client records and monitor progress to adjust treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate clients and families about mental health conditions and coping strategies.
