Job summary

Bradford Health Services is seeking a licensed or license-eligible Therapist to support individuals, families, and groups through various mental health challenges. You will provide evidence-based therapies, assess psychological needs, and develop personalized treatment plans while upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards.

The role involves crisis intervention, anger management, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic client care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field and licensure eligibility.
• Licensed as LPC/LCSW/LMFT or eligible for licensure in timeframe upon hire.
• Experience in mental health counseling, including individual and group therapy.
• Strong knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and behavioral health principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and support clients through acute episodes.
• Facilitate skill-building in anger management and coping with life transitions.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records compliant with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and referrals.
• Stay current with best practices and emerging research in counseling.
