Job summary

Ellie Mental Health | Mid-Cities Area seeks a fully licensed LPC-S, LCSW-S, or LMFT-S to provide therapy services while supervising clinicians pursuing independent licensure. This role blends direct client care with mentorship and supervision in a collaborative practice.

You will maintain timely clinical documentation, complete assessments and treatment plans, supervise pre-licensed therapists, and collaborate with families and health partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field.
• Active Texas supervisor designation (LPC-S, LCSW-S, or LMFT-S).
• Minimum 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Experience supervising clinicians pursuing licensure.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy services and maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Supervise and mentor pre-licensed therapists.
• Develop creative and effective treatment interventions.
• Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, case managers, and community partners.
• Participate in clinical meetings, consultation, and training opportunities.
• Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervisee hours.
• Support clinic growth and a positive team culture.
