Job summary
Ellie Mental Health – Kingwood, TX seeks an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) to lead supervision for Associate clinicians and licensed staff while maintaining a reduced outpatient caseload. This clinical leadership role requires oversight of TBHEC requirements, policy compliance, and mentorship within a supportive, growth-oriented culture.
The LPC-S will provide supervision, consultation, and quality oversight, contributing to clinical excellence and staff
Qualifications
- Active Texas LPC license in good standing
- Approved Texas LPC-S credential in good standing with TBHEC
- Eligible to supervise LPC Associates in Texas
Responsibilities
- Provide board-approved supervision for LPC Associates
- Conduct individual and group supervision sessions
- Support supervisees in case conceptualization and treatment planning
- Review and approve supervision records and documentation
- Monitor supervisee progress toward licensure
- Maintain supervision documentation per state regulations
- Serve as clinical resource and mentor for clinicians
- Maintain an active caseload of approximately 15 client sessions per week
- Deliver services in-person and via telehealth as appropriate
- Coordinate care with schools, healthcare providers, and community resources
