Ellie Mental Health - Meridian, ID is seeking a Full-Time Therapist (LAMFT, LPC, LMSW) to provide outpatient therapy under direct supervision while pursuing independent licensure. The role supports clinicians with strong clinical supervision, a manageable caseload, and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Active Idaho license (post graduate intern accepted).
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Comfortable with EHR systems and electronic intake processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy under direct clinical supervision.
• Complete diagnostic assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and ongoing documentation.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 30 scheduled sessions and minimum 25 completed visits weekly.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients.
• Collaborate with team to improve access to care in the community.
• Use evidence-based interventions to support client goals.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and team activities.
