Job summary

Senior Health Counseling Services is seeking a compassionate Part-time therapist to provide mental health services to our skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in Utah. You will conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual therapy to adults and seniors across multiple settings.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree with active licensure (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, CMHC, LMFT or equivalent) and is proficient in DSM-5 criteria, documentation, and treatment

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or equivalent and active licensure.
• Familiarity with DSM-5 criteria and treatment planning.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling to adults and seniors across facilities.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Diagnose using DSM-5 criteria and tailor referrals as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and caseloads.
• Travel between local facilities to provide services.
